Right of Withdrawal

This page explains, in plain words, how to cancel a purchase made on terezakramer.com and get your money back, and it holds the model cancellation form. It restates what Section 8 of our terms and conditions already says. If anything here ever seems to differ from the terms, the terms apply.

1. You have 14 days

You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day the contract is made, and you don't have to give us a reason. The contract is made on the day our confirmation email reaches you, so the 14 days run from that day.

This applies to everything we sell, including digital content you've already downloaded or listened to. On the order form you agree that we start delivering straight away, and many sellers would ask you to give up your right of withdrawal in exchange for that. We've decided not to. You get access immediately and you keep the 14 days.

It applies wherever you live. If you're a consumer in the EU or the EEA, it's your statutory right under the law that applies to your purchase. If you're outside the EU, we treat your cancellation exactly the same, so that everyone buying from us is in the same position.

2. How to cancel

Write to us at hello@terezakramer.com and tell us which order you're canceling. Any message that makes your decision clear is enough: an email in your own words, or the form below if you prefer. You don't have to explain anything.

To meet the deadline, it's enough to send your cancellation before the 14 days run out. We'll confirm by email that we've received it.

3. What happens next

• We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, and you get back everything you paid.
• The refund uses the same payment method you used, unless you ask for something different and it costs you nothing. There's no fee for canceling.
• Your access to the product ends and the license from the terms no longer applies, so please delete any copies you've downloaded.

4. Free products

If you got something from us for free in exchange for your email address, you cancel by unsubscribing. There's a link at the bottom of every email we send.
