I found that all my clients' small hurts lead back to the same cause. A lack of love. Either the love they longed for from the people closest to them and never got, or the love they needed to feel from themselves. I decided to do something about it. I created the transformational program My New SELF, to heal that experience of not having enough self-love. This meditation was going to be part of it, but I decided to offer it FOR FREE to everyone who's interested.
It's my contribution to the bowl of kind humanity, made with the greatest care and love.
A very lovely, gentle meditation. Tereza's pleasant voice let me slide beautifully deep inside myself, where I felt so good. At one point I spontaneously did what Tereza said in the meditation a few seconds later, so the connection is clear :) . I felt so at ease that when the meditation ended I didn't want to come back to a waking state at all, and I lay there with my eyes closed for several more minutes. Now I feel better, rested. The gloom that was there before the meditation had gone. I'll definitely come back to it whenever I feel tired or out of sorts. Tereza, thank you so much for your meditation. Meditations don't really work for me, I usually fall asleep. But with you that doesn't happen, or I don't mind it at all. I don't get cross with myself. My planet of love is full of beautiful, crystal-clear water. As I listened to Tereza's voice, I expected to have some space on the planet set aside just for me. I had the whole planet to myself! I felt water on my body. I frolicked there like a small child, and suddenly I found a chalice. It was decorated with garnets and crystal. I felt I was meant to take it with me. Then I heard Tereza saying that there is a chalice inside our body, and what we should do with it. When I found mine, I understood why my self-love sometimes runs straight through my fingers. The chalice was cracked all over, ugly and completely unusable. I took the chalice of love, which, following Tereza's meditation, began to fill with crystal-clear water. My whole body filled up too. When we were to send love into the past, to painful events, I used a spray bottle instead of the little ball she suggested. The meditation is wonderful! Such a plain, simple discovery, that the wellspring of love is within my reach and right inside me, was a great and precious find. It really is that wonderfully simple: come, turn the tap, and allow what the heart asks for. Then just bathe and let yourself be pampered.. If only everyone would find this out!
