This page explains what this website stores in your browser, what it measures, who else sees the data, and how to change your mind. It's the companion to our privacy policy, which covers personal data in general.

1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to keep, so the site can remember something about your visit. Everything on this page also applies to similar technologies that store data in your browser without a file, such as local storage.
2. Nothing runs before you say yes
When you first arrive, a bar asks what you allow. Until you answer, this site stores nothing except what's strictly necessary, loads no analytics or marketing script, and sends nothing to Google, Microsoft or Meta. "Accept all" and "Reject all" are the same size and sit side by side in the same bar, so refusing is exactly as easy as accepting. If you refuse, the site works exactly the same and you lose nothing.
That's how we believe it should work everywhere. In the Czech Republic, where we're based, it's also the law: anything beyond strictly necessary cookies needs your consent first.
3. The three categories in the bar
Necessary. These keep the site working and remember the choice you made in the bar. They collect nothing about your behavior and can't be switched off, because without them we couldn't honor your decision.
Analytics. These would show us which pages people read, how long they stay and where they get stuck, so we can make the site clearer. On this site that means Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, once they're switched on. Clarity also replays a visit as an anonymous recording of scrolling and clicks, with typed text masked. If that feels like too much, refusing analytics turns it off entirely.
Marketing. These would measure how many people arrived from Facebook or Instagram and make it possible to show a follow-up post to someone who has already been here. On this site that means Meta Pixel, and it's deliberately off for the launch.
4. What is actually stored today
Two analytics tools run on this site, and both of them wait for your consent. If you refuse, or simply close the bar without answering, they do not load and store nothing. The complete list of cookies connected with this site is:

Our order forms are provided by FAPI (FAPI s.r.o., Czech Republic) and payments on those forms go through the Stripe payment gateway. When you order, they process what's needed to handle your order under their own policies; that's part of the checkout described in our terms and conditions, not part of browsing this site.
5. What is not switched on
No marketing tool runs here. The bar already asks about the Marketing category so that the day a tool is switched on, nothing can run that you haven't agreed to. When that day comes, we rewrite this page first, the table above gets the new rows, and the bar asks everyone again. Nobody's old consent is quietly reused for something they never agreed to.

6. How to change or withdraw your consent
At the bottom of every page there's a link called Cookie settings. Clicking it reopens the same bar you saw on your first visit. You can turn any category on or off there, or withdraw your consent completely. The change takes effect straight away: the scripts stop loading and the cookies of the category you switched off are deleted from your browser.
You can also handle it in the browser itself. Every browser can block cookies or delete the ones already stored: Chrome · Safari · Firefox · Edge. Be aware that a blanket block also deletes the cookie holding your answer here, so the bar will ask you again.
Two more opt-outs that work everywhere, not just on this site: Google offers a browser add-on that switches Google Analytics off, and Microsoft has a general opt-out for Clarity.
7. Where the data goes
Google, Microsoft and Meta process part of the data on servers in the United States. The transfer rests on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or on the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. 8. Your rights
You have the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to take it elsewhere, and to object. The full description is in our privacy policy. Write to us at hello@terezakramer.com and we'll handle it.
If you think we're handling your data badly, you can complain to the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz), or to the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
9. When this page changes
If we ever add a tool that measures something new, we rewrite this page and the cookie bar first, and only then switch the tool on. The date at the top always tells you when this page last changed.
