This page says plainly what this website is and what it isn’t. It’s here so that nobody has to guess.
Who I am
I’m Tereza Kramer. I’m a guide and a teacher. I work with consciousness, with inner images and with what people carry inside them. I’m not a doctor, not a psychologist and not a therapist, and I don’t practice medicine of any kind. Nothing I offer here is a health service.
What you find here is experience, not treatment
Everything on this site (the articles, the meditations, the courses, the books) comes out of my own inner work and out of what I’ve seen with the people I accompany. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis and not treatment. It doesn’t cure anything and it isn’t meant to replace care from someone qualified to give it.
If you’re being treated for something, please keep doing what your doctor recommends. Nothing here is a reason to stop treatment, to postpone it, or to skip an appointment. Inner work can sit alongside medical care very well. It just can’t stand in for it.
Please see a doctor if
… something in your body or your mind worries you, gets worse, or doesn’t go away. That includes pain you don’t understand, breathing that frightens you, thoughts of harming yourself, and anything that feels urgent. Take it to someone who can look at you properly. That’s not a failure of inner work. It’s just the right order of things.
Pregnancy, children and existing conditions
Some of my meditations are made for pregnancy or for the time around birth, and women come to them at every stage. If you’re pregnant, if you’re working with a child, or if you live with a diagnosed condition, please talk it over with the person who is caring for you before you begin. I can’t know your situation, and I’d rather you asked than assumed.
What people say here belongs to them
Where you see somebody’s story on this site, you’re reading what happened to them, in their own words. Those experiences are real, and they’re theirs. They aren’t typical outcomes, they aren’t a prediction, and I honestly can’t tell you what your own experience would be. Nothing anyone shares here is a promise of a result.
Where somebody else is speaking
A few pages carry texts from the people I work with: makers of the products I recommend, or partners whose work I value. Where that’s the case, it’s their description of their own work, and the same thing applies: it isn’t a medical claim and it isn’t a promise.
External links
Some pages link out to other websites. I don’t run those sites and I can’t vouch for what appears on them or how they handle your data. Once you leave this site, their rules apply, not mine.
If something here doesn’t sit right with you
Write to me. If you find a sentence on this site that overpromises, that reads like a medical claim, or that simply isn’t true of your experience, I want to know about it. My contact details are on the contact page, and the ways to reach me about your personal data are in the Privacy Policy.
